The intention is to create a box that allows you to fill your spirit with goodies designed to stimulate your body, mind and soul.

- Being a member provides awesome perks, the first one being that one lucky Yogi Surprise member will win a retreat vacation once a month, just by getting a box, snapping a pic on social media, and hashtagging #yogisurprise
- Once you’re a member, you are given a unique referral link and you can share it with friends to qualify for a free box! If you get 3 friends to join, you get a free box!
Lifestyle Box: $44.95 / month, comes with 6-8 full-size yoga lifestyle items and has over $70 worth of value
Jewelry Box: $24.99 / month, contains 2 handmade pieces + 1 organic treat with over $65 value
This month, the theme was ‘Summer Solstice’, considering June has the first day of summer. I have absolutely ADORED my previous Yogi Surprise boxes (click here to see my April unboxing!). I have found every single item completely useful and also extremely valuable. This month, the box came with 6 items
This box excites me so much because I just really started to take an interest in practicing yoga and have been going a couple of times a week. The accessories in this box are soo useful in my yoga practice and just for general lifestyle activities. The items are all organic, natural, or just all around healthy and promote health and wellness.
The prices that I list for each product are taken directly from each company’s specific website. It seems that some may differ from the product card, this could be due to international conversions or price changes.
The Chakra Bible: The Definitive Guide to Working with Chakras By: Patricia Mercier: Approx. $14.99
Chakras are the centers of energy in our body that profoundly affect our well-being. Through this exquisitely designed volume, newcomers to this alternative form of spirituality can understand every aspect of chakra power. In addition to an illuminating introduction, a detailed guide covers each chakra, with their associated colors, Indian deity, healing stone, and emotional and physical actions. One by one, go through the base, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, brow, and crown chakras, as well as some newly discovered ones and chakras from different traditions. There’s also invaluable information on connecting chakras with aura reading and healing, and yoga exercises and meditations to strengthen each chakra.
I have read about 60 pages of this book already and didn’t think I would find it as fascinating as I actually do. You learn all about the seven chakras and how you can apply this knowledge to your spiritual practices. I found the section on yoga and chakras particularly interesting, as the book shows you many poses and postures that help bring your chakras back into alignment.
